It is an extruder for filament 1.75mm, which can extrude up to a speed of 60mm / s. It is in aluminum and compatible with any 3D printer. The filament drive system is specially designed to avoid clogging as a Mk7 gear.
Optionally a waterblock can be attached to the side of the engine to remove the heat released by the engine. The driving force of the motor is thus maintained throughout the printing process.

The 30mm print head has a 30mm long heating cartridge of 200W/110V-220V, allowing to reach a plastic flow of 120g/hour at temperature of 480 °C. The 50mm print head has a 50mm long 200W/110V-220V heating cartridge, allowing a plastic flow rate of 240g/hour at temperature of 480 °C.

The print head can be mounted directly on the extruder or in Bowden mode. It is compatible for mounting on all types of extruders with this standard collar (D. out 16mm, D. in 12mm, decolletage of 4.5mm).

The stainless steel nozzle is in one piece between the radiator and the 0.5mm outlet to avoid any plastic leakage problems. It can easily be disassembled with a simple needle screw at the bottom of the head. A specific stainless steel washer is mounted on the nozzle to protect the print head from extruded plastic.

They have been developed for extreme operating conditions: enclosure heated up to 200 °c. Under these conditions, air cooling is no longer possible. They are therefore cooled by a water radiator. It increases overall efficiency of the system. Thus, all plastics (PLA, ABS, Nylon, PC, PEEK, ULTEM, ...) can be used. There is no longer any risk of clogs in the transition zone.
The print heads are equipped with a PT1000 temperature sensor operating up to 500 ° C. The probe is encapsulated in a tube of 4mm diameter ensuring a long life and good reliability.
